Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Christmas by Krebs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Christmas by Krebs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

I was not impressed with the scene clarity. It was blurry and not what I am used to getting when ordering these ornaments.

We were so afraid that after 30 years together and collecting a Christmas by Krebs’ Master on Silk ornament for the first 29 years that we were not going to find one for 2021. Christmas By Krebs worked with us and insured that we were able to get one. It is beautiful and arrived without any damage.
I've been collecting these for many years. I love them but yours is way more expensive than anywhere else.
