Your satisfaction is important to us and we realize that sometimes you may want to return merchandise. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and simple as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase a return or exchange can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

** Seasonal Return Policy - Due to the nature of our business, any orders placed 15 days prior to December 24th are non-refundable and become final at the time the order is processed.

** No Return Policy - Please note that due necessary health and safety precautions, all PPE products including face shields are final sale. These items are non refundable and non returnable. Shipping & handling is non refundable. Any shipping delays are fully responsible by shipping courier.

All merchandise returned must be in its original condition with your sales receipt.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns and/or exchanges.
  • Merchandise refunds will only be made in the original form of payment. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be posted to your credit card account the day we process your return.
  • Without a receipt we will exchange merchandise returned in its original condition, at current selling price, for merchandise or merchandise credit only.
  • Christmas by Krebs stands behind the quality ornaments that we sell. However, if you do have a defective item, a claim must be submitted via email within 30 days of shipment. The damaged product must exceed more than 10% of your total order without freight cost. If the damage is in excess of 10%, customers must send pictures of the damages via email to information@christmasbykrebs.com Upon receipt of the product images and claim, we will make an assessment on damages. Do not return product to us without prior approval. If your claim is approved, a refund will be issued for the cost of the product only.   • All sales are final on personalized items, with the exception of a factory misprint.
